English translation

I decided to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes for dinner.

I got the tomatoes and eggs out of the fridge, washed the tomatoes and chopped them up, then cracked two eggs and beat them well.

I heated some oil in a pan, scrambled the eggs first, and set them aside.

Next I stir-fried the tomatoes until they softened and released their juice, then tossed the eggs back in.

I seasoned with a little salt and sugar, and that was it—my simple home-cooked dish was done.
