I am Sun Jiahong (Ryan), a postdoctoral researcher in bioinformatics and computational biology at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Centre for Eye and Vision Research.
My research focuses on computational methods for genetic variant discovery and cancer evolution at single-cell resolution. I am also interested in AI virtual-cell models and in translating complex biological data into mechanistic insight.
